You don't have to be royalty to wear this beautiful princess ring!

Made in Thailand, this beautiful tiered ring is designed to pay homage to the headpieces that Thai dancers wore during performances. Some are even designed to be miniature replicas of the crown that each Thai princess wore. Hence why they are known as both princess rings and harem rings.

In the 1940s-1960s, many princess rings were brought home from Thailand by US servicemen as gifts for their sweethearts.

This striking ring has a more modernist appearance, which is different from the traditional princess ring cluster design. It is fashioned in 14k yellow gold and features three tiers of sapphires.

Based on the varied and imperfect nature of the prongs, we believe this piece to be handmade by a talented jeweler or artisan.

Some stones have light scratches, which is common with wear. One sapphire has a small chip on its girdle, which is only noticeable under a loupe. As mentioned above since this is a handmade piece some of the prongs are smaller than others. However, all of the stones are secure. None of the flaws detract. Priced accordingly.
